Lucky gets exercise! Do you exercise every day like Lucky?

Thursday, October 24, 2013

Lucky's portrait arrived yesterday! It was painted by the talented Jean Ranstrom!

I think she captured Lucky's delicate fur and gentle spirit!

More fun at Liberty School with our 3rd and 4th grade friends!
Lucky shows her "operation" because she trusts Mrs. Starewicz hands!
Lucky's chin gets some attention!
Lucky sits up and waves with her paws!

Lucky waits patiently with cheese on her nose!
Mrs. Starewicz demonstrates the Lucky Quiet Signal. We can use this when we think we might say something bad  about someone.
The students list all the reasons Mrs. Starewicz feels "lucky to be friends" with Lucky!
                                       We  have good listeners !
When people hear

our name, we hope they feel lucky to be our friends!
Lucky loves the 3rd and 4th graders at Liberty in Hobart!

Mrs. Zager greets us!! She always has fresh water for Lucky!

 Lucky gives some kisses!
                              And here's a smiling face!

Lucky sure looks relaxed!

Liberty Second Graders Were Great!

The students help Mrs. Starewicz list why Lucky is such a good friend. She's nice, kind, funny, and a good listener.
It was Pajama Day for Red Ribbon Week. We talked about taking good care of our bodies by eating healthy snacks and exercising every day like Lucky does.
Lucky enjoys all the "good hands" from special 2nd graders.

Mrs. Starewicz balanced on the ball with her friends!
Lucky sits up and waves with her paws!
We all want to be friendly with everyone we know like Lucky.
SMILE at people to show you care!

We visited Ridgeview School!
Lucky loves good hands!

The Lucky Look!
Everyone raised their hands when we talked about eating healthy snacks and drinking water every day!
Lucky can read the word "operation!"
Thank you for handling Lucky with care!
