What can I say about this oil painting of Lucky?? It's priceless! I  got this today from my talented artist friend Jean Ranstrom! And the frame was made by her husband from their barn that was over 100 years old.

What great kids! They made Lucky a blanket and also made other blankets to take to the animal shelter!

                                                     This is Penny!

Penny is a 14 year old Wheaten terrier. She lives in California. We first met her 12 years ago, and we visit her every year. Like our friend Virginia, Penny is now blind but she is still very sweet and loving. Her owners use very "good hands" with her,

                                            Lucky loves Virginia!

Lucky visits her every Tuesday. Virginia is blind and almost deaf but she still enjoys petting Lucky. She always invites her to rest awhile on her bed.

                                            Lucky loves squirrels!

Everyday Lucky has to stop by this tree to say "hello" to her squirrel friends! It's good to have all kinds of friends isn't it?
