Happy Birthday to Lucky!

Lucky turns  8 years old today! Remember she was almost a Christmas puppy being born on December 19! She has added so much joy to our life and we hope yours too! Thank you for loving Lucky as much as we do!

Lucky Loves the Snow!

Lucky  believes.........
   We all will remember to be good listeners using our ears, eyes, and hearts. 
   We will all work hard every day, practicing things we want to do better.
   We will learn to accept each other with all of our differences, seeing all people as important and worthwhile just as they are.
    We will take good care of others, especially our pets and older people and all who cannot take care of themselves.
    We will take good care of our bodies by eating good foods and exercising to keep our bodies strong.
    We will be thankful for all of the things we truly need like shelter, food,  friends, family and life!
    We will be kind to others, using our words and hands only for helping, never hurting.

Lucky knows four hand signals!

Lucky lets me pet her stomach because she trusts that all hands are good.

Lucky had all dark hair when she was little.

When we have to wait in life, it's good to stand up tall, breathe, and think about how good Lucky is at waiting with a treat on her nose.

Lucky leaves her treat on the floor as she runs back and forth. It would not be good for her to eat a pill that could hurt her.

Everyone enjoys petting Lucky and she loves those "good hands!"

                       





  Lucky gave out a few free kisses too.

Lucky spells, reads the word "operation" and does math! She practices every day so she doesn't forget.

The Lucky Look is good when you need to get someone's attention.
